The company was founded in 1984  is located in Liubao Town Industrial Zone, Baoying County, Yangzhou City. The predecessor is the collective enterprise "Baoying County Electrical Insulation Material Factory", covering an area of 21,467 square meters  a building area of 7,817 square meters.
